Job summary

BYD Europe in Brussels is seeking a Sales Specialist for BYD and DENZA in BeLux. Based full-time at our Brussels office, you will support the Sales and Fleet Sales teams with orders, documents and reporting, and coordinate with colleagues in the Netherlands and in China.

You will manage CRM data, order follow-up and reporting, maintain accurate customer records, and provide daily team support. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; French/Dutch are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales support, sales administration or customer service, preferably in automotive.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; French and/or Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales administration: Prepare, process and follow up orders and related documents.
• Order and delivery follow-up: Track status of each order up to delivery.
• Customer and system data: Maintain accurate customer, order and account information in CRM and internal systems.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales and fleet sales reports and forecasts, and support analysis of sales performance.
• Link with the Netherlands and China: Be the day-to-day contact for BYD colleagues in the Netherlands and in China; relay requests and approvals, ensuring information flow between teams.
• Team support: Support the Sales and Fleet Sales teams in daily work; dealer and customer requests, meeting preparation and ad hoc tasks.
• Process improvement: Help improve and document our sales administration processes.
