Job summary

Inside Lvmh is seeking a Head of Client Development to drive client loyalty and develop recruitment and development opportunities across Client Services Europe. You will lead the Client Development Private Client Advisor team and animate the CSC network of ambassadors and managers.

You will craft and monitor client-related objectives, align strategies with local markets, and partner with Central, EMEA and regional teams to secure commercial growth and a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in CRM and Clienteling with a hands-on approach.
• 5–7 years leadership experience managing multicultural teams across countries.
• Proven track record in omnichannel client engagement.
• Experience with customer data, segmentation and personalization.
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Project and change management skills.
• Knowledge of luxury retail, fashion, or premium service environments.
• Fluency in English and potentially additional European languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a Clienteling mindset across teams.
• Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs to improve clienteling effectiveness.
• Establish and scale best practices for personalized interactions across touchpoints.
• Train and support client-facing teams to deliver tailored experiences.
• Provide regular CRM performance reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Central, EMEA and Regional teams to align strategies.
• Define Private Client Relations strategy and event calendars.
• Lead budget allocation and project management for events and gifting.
• Oversee DPCA vision and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead development and engagement of Clienteling Ambassadors.
