Louis Vuitton Services Europe is seeking an inspiring Team Manager to support the CSC Manager and lead a team of Client Advisors across multiple channels. This role focuses on delivering extraordinary luxury service, coaching staff, and aligning operations with brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, fluency in English, and proficiency with MS Excel and PowerBI. Hybrid work and flexible scheduling are offered to enable peak performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client service teams, preferably in luxury or call center environments.
• Strong written and spoken English with additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends/public holidays and to travel if needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors, upholding luxury service standards.
• Coach and develop team via personalized development plans and feedback.
• Analyze sales trends and client feedback to craft winning service strategies.
• Ensure high-quality client interactions across calls and digital channels.
• Strategically manage call flow and staffing during peak seasons.
• Oversee quality assessments across communication channels and refine interactions.
• Support CSC Manager in delivering key initiatives and talent development with HR.
