You will leverage client insights and events to drive sales, retention, and exceptional experiences, while upholding the Maison’s heritage and standards. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and distance selling.
• Proven track record as a top performer in current role.
• Strong business acumen with client development focus.
• Able to communicate with VIPs and HNWI in writing and speech.
• Passion for styling and fashion; tech-savvy mindset.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
• Autonomous with a solution-driven approach.
