Job summary

Louis Vuitton Services Europe is seeking a Learning Manager to drive development and excellence across Client Services Europe in Brussels. You will shape capabilities, strengthen selling skills, deliver product training, and enable operational excellence through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

You will partner with Team and CS Managers to align learning with business objectives, monitor training impact using KPIs, and promote a culture of development and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Experience or strong exposure to Learning and Training.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Training delivery skills with varied techniques to facilitate learning.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, highly structured, driven and collaborative.
• Strong influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement learning progression to develop team performance and align training with business objectives and sales targets.
• Monitor training quality and impact, with follow up and management visibility.
• Ensure learning content, tools, and materials are relevant to the CSC environment and regional specifics.
• Coordinate transversal training, onboarding, digital tools, service standards, Clienteling and launches for CSC population.
• Utilize KPIs and data to evaluate training effectiveness and optimize programs.
• Drive a strong coaching culture across CSC roles, from Client Advisors to Managers.
• Observe client interactions and coach individuals to improve and develop solutions.
• Upskill Team Managers with the mindset, tools, frameworks and confidence to coach teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure learning initiatives have maximum impact across teams.
• Liaise with Corporate/EMEA on training projects and deliver training at country level.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Managers and HR on performance.
• Be an ambassador of the Learning team and promote development and continuous improvement.
