Louis Vuitton Services Europe in Brussels is seeking a Private Client Advisor to join the Omnichannel Client Development team. You will cultivate high-value client relationships, act as a personal shopper, and drive sales with a strong focus on VIP engagement and client experience.

In this hybrid role, you’ll host in-person meetings and digital touchpoints, leveraging analytics to tailor recommendations. A luxury retail background and fluency in English are essential; other languages are a plus.

• Confident communicating with VIPs and HNWI, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including frequent clients and new acquisitions, ensuring deep, long-term relationships rooted in trust, loyalty, and exceptional experiences.
• Proactively anticipate client needs, curate personalized recommendations and experiences reflecting client preferences and lifestyle.
• Act as a personal shopper and stylist for clients, guiding on products, gifts, and exclusive offerings.
• Organize and host client meetings, appointments, and events, both digital and in-person, ensuring seamless experiences.
• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding targets with a focus on retention and high-value transactions.
• Use insights from client behavior and analytics to tailor sales strategies and interactions.
• Represent the Maison with the values and heritage in every interaction.
• Continuously improve client experiences with thoughtful engagement approaches.
• Be a trusted advisor creating care, sophistication, and personal connection with every client.

We are looking for a Private Client Advisor to join the Omnichannel Client Development team based in the Client Services Europe in Brussels. You will cultivate and develop meaningful and longlasting relationships with Louis Vuitton’s clients, identify and convert prospects to develop your clientele book and offer exceptional client experience to loyalize your clients. The role is sales orientated and requires strong entrepreneurial and business development skills.

As a Private Client you will be a key contributor to the growth of Louis Vuitton Clients through highly personalized, variety of engagement and selling activities and leveraging the technology in use.

Job responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including frequent clients and new acquisitions, ensuring deep, long-term relationships rooted in trust, loyalty, and exceptional experiences.
• Proactively anticipate client needs, curating personalized recommendations and experiences that reflect their preferences, lifestyle, and the Maison’s universe.
• Act as a personal shopper and stylist for your clients, providing thoughtful guidance on products, gifts, and exclusive offerings.
• Organize and host client meetings, appointments, and special events, both digital and in-person, ensuring experiences are seamless, thoughtful, and memorable.
• Drive individual and team sales performance by achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong focus on client retention and high-value transactions.
• Utilize insights from client behavior, purchase history, and analytics to inform personalized sales strategies and client interactions.
• Embody the values, heritage, and standards of Louis Vuitton in every client interaction, ensuring the Maison’s story, excellence, and spirit are consistently conveyed.
• Continuously improve client experiences by implementing thoughtful, strategic, and proactive engagement approaches.
• Represent the Maison as a trusted advisor, creating a sense of care, sophistication, and personal connection for every client interaction.

Profile

• Solid experience in Luxury retail + distance selling
• You have a record of accomplishment of being a top performer in your current role
• Strong business acumen, understanding of client development and client experience
• You are confident to communicate with VIPs and HNWI (high net worth individuals) - verbally and in written.
• You are passionate about styling
• You are tech Savvy
• You can understand and interpret analytics into recommendations
• You are autonomous and have a solution driven mindset
• You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus

• Private health insurance covering hospitalisation and ambulatory care

• Hybrid working: 2 days/week from home from the 4th month of seniority
• Working from abroad: up to 15 days/year from the 4th month of seniority
