Stefanini Group is seeking an experienced IT onsite support professional in Belgium to deliver high‑level customer service and hands‑on assistance. You will manage incidents, escalation with resolver groups, and ensure rapid resolution across hardware, software, and network issues.

The role requires strong English and local language skills, ITIL awareness, and the ability to work across on-site environments, with AV support and vendor coordination as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in onsite IT support.
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification recommended.
• Microsoft Office 365 advanced skills.
• Scripting and coding skills are a plus.
• Proficient in Active Directory and permissions.

Responsabilités

• Provide support that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Identify, analyze, and repair product failures; replace parts as needed.
• Maintain user accounts, rights, security, and groups.
• Resolve issues from TIers 2 and 3 with onsite involvement as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting for network devices; coordinate with vendors.
• Install and set up PCs, peripherals, and LAN equipment.
• Document changes to inventory and configurations.
• Offer AV and conference support with tools like Webex/Zoom/Skype.
