Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a Front Office Agent for a replacement contract (4/5). You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage bookings and cash transactions, and respond to guest needs with a proactive service mindset.

Fluency in multiple languages and strong communication are valued. Night shifts, lifting up to 23 kg, and a professional appearance are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Guest service at front desk or hospitality environment.
• Able to acknowledge and assist guests with needs and requests.
• Comfort with cash and credit transactions and basic math.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/out processes.
• Handle bookings, upsell opportunities, and inform guests of services.
• Acknowledge loyalty members and returning guests.
