Airport Garden Hotel in Belgium seeks a Front Office Agent for a replacement contract (4/5). You will warmly welcome guests, manage bookings, handle cash and credit transactions, and check guests in/out with keys and safety deposits. Night shifts and porterage duties may apply.

Fluent local-language skills and a high school diploma are expected; a college degree is a bonus. Prior front desk or guest service experience is preferred, with a focus on service recovery and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage bookings.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in local language; extra language is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with reading, writing, basic maths and computer use.
• Willingness to work night, weekend and holidays.
• Experience in front desk or guest service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members.
• Take and manage bookings and upsell opportunities.
• Handle cash and credit transactions.
• Check guests in and out, issue room keys and safety deposit boxes.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with service recovery.
• Perform night shifts and porterage duties as required.
• Be a brand ambassador and stay aware of day's events.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as needed.
