Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience valued.
• Excellent English and French, Dutch a plus.
• Night auditor with passion for hospitality.
• Commitment to eco-friendly practices and circular hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Manage the reception desk during the night, handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Monitor hotel security, conduct rounds, ensure guest and property safety, respond to incidents.
• Set up the breakfast buffet to greet guests and start their day.
• Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests.
• Handle late-night administrative tasks and prepare documents for the day team.
