Job summary

ML6 - Accelerate Intelligence in Gent seeks a senior Commercial Ops leader to own the CRM (HubSpot), dashboards and data governance. You will enable data-driven decisions, automate processes, and connect tools via APIs to accelerate growth.

You will uplift collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Ops, using AI tooling to extract insights and build scalable reporting. A strategic partner who thrives in a fast-evolving tech environment will excel.

Qualifications

• A degree in business/economics/engineering.
• 5+ years in Marketing Performance/Automation or Sales Ops.
• CRM expertise (HubSpot) and marketing tools (GA, Lemlist, Clay, Claude, ChatGPT).
• APIs and webhooks to connect systems and automate workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear cross-functional communication.
• Self-starter using AI tools to build solutions and drive impact.
• Team player who bridges Sales, Marketing and Ops across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot end-to-end: structure, pipelines, lifecycle stages and data rules.
• Provide clear, reliable view of performance for alignment.
• Turn commercial data into actionable insights and targets.
• Automate repetitive work and connect tools via APIs.
• Integrate LLM tooling into the stack for data extraction and AI scoring.
• Design and promote new ways of working with training and onboarding.
