Job summary

MakeWaves is seeking a Medior HubSpot Consultant to own the setup, configuration and ongoing optimization of complex HubSpot portals, building automated workflows, lead scoring models, and multi-step email nurtures that translate marketing strategies into measurable revenue.

You will work as a true extension of client teams, in a hybrid Belgium/Netherlands environment, including travel to sites and on-site collaboration with senior architects in a Platinum Partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience configuring HubSpot CRM and automation within an agency or consultancy.
• Active HubSpot certifications (Marketing and Sales Hubs) required.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, tech-savvy with a knack for solving operational puzzles.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and optimize HubSpot portals across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Build and manage automated workflows, email nurture sequences, and lead-scoring algorithms.
• Optimize deal pipelines and automate repetitive sales tasks for clean data and smooth handoffs.
• Create dashboards and provide training and support to client teams.
