Job summary

InvestSuite is a fast-growing fintech scale-up in Leuven, offering a hybrid role at the intersection of marketing, sales and data. You will manage social media, run paid campaigns, and support the sales team with proposals and targeted materials.

We seek a curious, proactive marketer with 1 year of experience, strong English, and familiarity with CRM (HubSpot) and CMS (Framer). The role provides a steep learning curve and room to grow into senior marketing or revenue operations roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing/Communications with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn quickly in a fast-growing fintech environment.
• Solid understanding of social media management and paid ad platforms.
• Analytical mindset with dashboards and automation tools; KPI-driven.
• Excellent written English and ability to produce client-ready materials.
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and CMS (Framer) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across channels (LinkedIn focus).
• Create posts and copy reflecting the brand voice and campaigns.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with PR and press on announcements and media opportunities.
• Support sales with personalised proposals and RFPs; build presentations.
• Build dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Ensure go-to-market speed with workflows and automations.
