Elixir Solutions BV in Brussels seeks a HubSpot Marketing expert to design automated customer journeys and build large-scale personalized campaigns. You will implement workflows, lead scoring, and integration within a growing HubSpot ecosystem.

You will join a team of over 30 dedicated experts, supporting customers across multiple languages and sectors in Europe. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution to drive growth and HubSpot adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in digital marketing / CRM consulting.
• HubSpot expertise (or solid experience with Marketo, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Autonomy and proactivity as a consultant.
• Strategic problem-solving skills.
• Cross-functional teamwork and project management in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Design large-scale automated marketing engines.
