Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is looking for a skilled Change Project Manager in Belgium to lead complex change initiatives within the energy sector. You will coordinate project plans, validate business requirements and guide operational tools design with product teams.

You will also develop procedures, deliver training to engineers, and represent operational needs in internal and international groups. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required, with willingness to travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a technical or economic field.
• 3+ years of professional experience within the energy industry.
• Expertise in process design and process implementation including proactive process improvement.
• Proactive and assertive with the ability to think conceptually while maintaining a pragmatic mindset.
• Willing to travel internationally within Europe for project assignments.
• Fluent in English with a professional level of Dutch or French.
