Job summary

MindCapture BV in Geel is seeking a Batch Record Reviewer to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. You will prepare, review and verify production and cleaning batch documentation, ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP standards and collaborating with production and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Pharma industry experience required.
• GMP knowledge essential.
• GDP knowledge required.
• Batch record review experience required.
• Excellent documentation accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Dutch language proficiency required (oral and written).
• Collaborative ability with production and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Review production and cleaning batch records for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and verify batch documentation and attachments.
• Generate batch trending information and identify discrepancies.
• Verify laboratory results and related documents.
• Confirm correct consumption of raw materials.
• Identify, assess and classify deviations; initiate nonconformances when needed.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance of batch documentation.
• Archive completed batch records and support cross-functional teams.
