Axis Group is seeking a Global Talent Manager to shape the future of the organization by attracting top talent, driving leadership development, and implementing empowering training programs. You will foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement across international teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in HR with talent management focus, and a strong background in overseeing health, welfare, and pension programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
8–10+ years of evolving HR experience with emphasis on talent management in an international setting.
At least 5 years overseeing health, welfare, and pension programs.
Proven proficiency in recruitment, leadership development, training initiatives, and employee engagement strategies.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy across all levels.

Responsabilités

Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
Facilitate leadership development and provide coaching for current and emerging leaders.
Organize and implement training programs for role and career advancement.
Manage talent to place individuals in roles aligned with strengths and objectives.
Foster employee engagement and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Address employee relations matters promptly and fairly to maintain harmony.
