Lotus Bakeries in Milan seeks a Group Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to own the Group Talent agenda, developing strategies, frameworks and programmes that attract, develop and retain talent.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive global best practices, lead learning and development, and build a proactive pipeline for critical and leadership roles across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in designing and implementing talent development frameworks.
• Experience building talent strategies in international, growing organisations.
• Ability to translate strategy into concrete programmes, tools and processes.
• Strong project management with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead Group Talent Development and the Learning & Development framework.
• Define and implement an organisation-wide e-learning framework, policy and process.
• Lead the continuous performance process and align development with the performance cycle.
• Develop targeted programmes around leadership, people management, coaching, project management and other capabilities.
• Strengthen Group HR as a centre of expertise for talent and employer branding.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and future-oriented roles.
• Use data, technology and AI to improve recruitment processes.
