Join Talent, a fast-growing recruitment insourcing partner, seeks a Brussels-based recruiter for multi-national corporate function roles. You’ll source, screen, and present top candidates, manage client relationships, and uphold brand values while delivering a stellar candidate experience.

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR and TA teams across regions, using an ATS to track progress and provide data-driven updates. This is a 6-month FTC with strong extension potential.

Qualifications

• Global talent acquisition experience is critical.
• Experience in recruiting corporate functions roles.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Utilising and maintaining the ATS and any other client/project system.
• Writing updates and analysing relevant business data.
• Being aware of market trends and competitors for candidates.
• Complying with our company standards on values and ethics in all aspects of delivery and client interaction.
• Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy with the client to deliver the project, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR & TA as applicable.
• Create and post job adverts using client brand guidelines and manage applications professionally.
• Directly source and headhunt suitable candidates.
• Screen applicants to present a shortlist to the relevant people.
• Discuss the shortlist with Hiring Managers.
• Manage the candidate journey in a professional, candidate-centric manner.
