EngiFlex is seeking a Talent Recruiter to join the Brussels HR team on a temporary reinforcement basis. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Belgian HQ and European branches, focusing on sourcing strategies and a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and colleagues to define effective approaches, maintaining meticulous records in the ATS. Fluent English plus Dutch or French are required, with a minimum Bachelor’s in HR and 5 years’ recruitment

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Competency-based interviewing using STAR method and personality assessments.
• Clear, professional communication with stakeholders and candidates.
• Ability to translate recruitment needs into talent pipelines and sourcing plans.
• Organised, proactive and collaborative team player with experience in ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full recruitment cycle from intake to offers for Belgian HQ and European branches.
• Collaborate with recruitment colleagues and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for business and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the recruitment system and keep records up to date.
