Job summary

Qover in Brussels is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment across Brussels and London. You’ll partner with the HR Manager and a small team to source, screen, negotiate offers, and onboard diverse profiles in tech, insurance and corporate sectors.

Based in Brussels, you’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment and help build teams that drive growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Some prior experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
• Comfortable managing several recruitments at once, across very different profiles.
• Fluent in English, our working language.
• Organised, autonomous and good at setting priorities.
• A strong relationship builder who knows how to create a positive candidate experience.
• Comfortable owning the whole process, including salary negotiation and the contractual part.

Responsibilities

• Run the intake with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and the profile they're after.
• Write and publish clear, engaging job ads
• Actively source candidates across different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, your network, etc.)
• Lead screening interviews and coordinate the process with hiring managers
• Make sure candidates get a smooth, human experience, from first contact to offer
• Handle salary negotiations and the contractual side of things
• Manage multiple recruitments in parallel, across a range of profiles: tech, insurance, corporate and more
• Recruit for both our Brussels and London offices
• Help us keep improving our recruitment process with automation, reporting, AI and new ways of working
