Esko in Belgium is seeking a Global Social Media Manager to own the organic social media presence for TraceGains and Esko. The role blends strategy with hands-on creation, writing posts, designing assets, and editing videos, while coordinating editorial calendars and measuring performance.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Communications, Product, and Commercial teams to elevate brand thought leadership and support growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media marketing, B2B preferred.
• Proven ability to create and publish content from concept to publication.
• Strong writing, editing, and editorial judgment.
• Portfolio with social copy, visuals, and short-form video.

Responsabilités

• Own the global organic social media strategy, execution, and performance for TraceGains and Esko.
• Manage the social editorial calendar, content planning process, publishing schedule, and performance reporting.
• Develop audience, channel, content, and advocacy programs that build brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Create and publish social-first content, including written posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form video.
• Transform company narratives, customer stories, product innovation, events, and research into engaging social programs.
• Lead executive thought leadership and employee advocacy initiatives.
• Build and engage social communities while monitoring trends and market opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Commercial teams to integrate social media into strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all social activity aligns with brand standards, legal guidelines, and platform best practices.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize social performance through a data-driven approach.
• Stay ahead of evolving platforms, technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices.
