Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Social Media Expert to create and publish engaging daily content, grow distribution across platforms, and manage online communities. You will collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to amplify our employer brand within Europe’s public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in social media management or related field.
• Proven experience creating engaging content and managing online communities.
• Strong employer branding and audience engagement knowledge.
• Experience with analytics, listening, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish daily social media content in collaboration with internal departments.
• Build and expand distribution networks across platforms to maximise reach.
• Manage online communities by monitoring conversations and responding to interactions.
• Identify opportunities in user-generated content and share insights with stakeholders.
• Gather and analyse social media performance data to inform strategies.
• Monitor trends to optimise engagement strategies.
