Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, seeks a Senior Manager of Marketing Data, Operations & Automation to lead its global marketing operations. Reporting to the Global Director of Digital Marketing, you will guide a team across time zones, owning data quality, analytics, and marketing automation to drive revenue and efficiency.

This remote role is based in Europe, enabling collaboration with Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and leadership to align priorities with growth and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, or similar.
• 3+ years in leading and developing teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Strong data governance, analytics, attribution, and executive reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of six marketing operations, automation, and analytics professionals across time zones.
• Define and execute the global marketing operations strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Own data quality, enrichment, governance, and hygiene across Salesforce and marketing tech.
• Build scalable dashboards and attribution models to improve pipeline and revenue.
