TVH Group in Waregem seeks a Global Social Media Expert to own the vision, roadmap and execution of our social footprint. You’ll shape strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram and drive expansion into YouTube, TikTok and Reddit, translating industrial topics into engaging human stories.

Collaborating with marketing, HR and regional teams, you’ll develop content calendars, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights while maintaining brand governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 4+ years of social media management experience, preferably in B2B or international environments.
• Proficiency with Sproutsocial and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own the long-term social media vision and roadmap for TVH’s global footprint.
• Analyze trends, measure performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and post high-quality content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and emerging channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR and Corporate Communications to align campaigns.
• Lead channel strategy for new platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
