Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop social strategy and execute content from concept to publication.
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling and editorial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the global organic social media strategy, execution, and performance for Esko and TraceGains.
• Manage the social editorial calendar, content planning, publishing schedule, and performance reporting.
• Develop audience, channel, content, and advocacy programs to build brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Create and publish social-first content including posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form video.
• Transform company narratives, customer stories, product innovations, events, and insights into engaging social programs.
• Lead executive thought leadership and employee advocacy initiatives.
• Build and engage social communities while monitoring trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Commercial teams to integrate social into strategic initiatives.
