Job summary

Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Social Media Expert to shape Europe’s digital landscape through engaging content and active community management. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to publish daily social media content, expand distribution networks, and monitor conversations to foster meaningful engagement across platforms.

The role requires proven experience in social media management, influencer engagement, and data-driven optimization, with excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Digital Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, community management, digital communications, influencer engagement, content creation, or related field
• Proven experience creating engaging content for social media and managing online communities
• Strong understanding of employer branding, social media ecosystems, audience engagement strategies, and digital communication best practices
• Experience with social media management, analytics, listening, and reporting tools
• Ability to translate social media data into actionable recommendations
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging daily social media content in collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders
• Build and expand distribution networks across social media platforms to maximise reach and engagement
• Manage online communities by monitoring conversations and fostering engagement
• Identify opportunities within user-generated content and share insights with internal stakeholders
• Analyse social media performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Monitor trends and audience behaviour to optimise engagement strategies
• Track activities of third parties including content creators and influencers
• Identify engagement opportunities with content creators and actively engage daily
