Johnson Controls is seeking a Retail Systems Technician to support EAS and RFID solutions for global retailers. The role involves sizing, installation, maintenance, and operation of technical resources with a strong focus on quality and customer service.

You will work with field technicians, develop manuals and training materials, and communicate with HQ for issue resolution. International travel up to 75% is expected; English mandatory, French or Dutch helpful.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electronics/IT and related fields.
• Experience with EAS and RFID technologies preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 75% and work abroad.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for EAS/RFID solutions to retailers.
• Install, maintain and operate hardware and systems at customer sites.
• Develop manuals, product guides and test new solutions.
• Assist field technicians and participate in deployments and training.
• Coordinate with HQ for incident resolution and reporting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with effective support processes.
