Johnson Controls, Inc. in Brussels is seeking a System Support Engineer to support operations of our Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre (MARC).

You will provide technical support, install and configure new technologies, and contribute to performance improvements across the department. The role requires solid Linux and Windows Server knowledge, strong networking understanding, and fluent Dutch/Flemish and English with intermediate French.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive technical support for the Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Install, configure, and support new technologies and system enhancements.
• Contribute to continuous performance improvement initiatives across the department.
• Allocate and coordinate internal and external technical resources.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with management regarding technical topics and progress.
• Coordinate and support data protection compliance activities.
• Ensure technical support services meet corporate and company standards.
• Support technical projects within defined budgets and timelines.
• Maintain a secure and organized working environment (“clean desk” policy).
