Johnson Controls is seeking a Field Technical Service specialist to deliver technical support for EAS and RFID solutions to global retail customers. You will size, install, maintain, and operate technical resources while focusing on quality, teamwork, and customer service.
The role requires experience with Johnson Controls products, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel internationally (>75%). English is essential, with French or Dutch as a plus.

The Field Technical Service is responsible for giving technical support for the following activities Innovative EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) and RFID solutions to our main retail customers worldwide. The employee shall bring a good problem‑solving attitude / logical bias to the position and have a strong customer focus.
