Job summary

Labcorp Belgium is seeking a remote Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead to drive change strategies, align initiatives with transformation goals, and partner with senior leaders across the organization.

You will design and execute communication plans, develop enablement assets, train teams, measure adoption, and continuously improve change programs using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant organizational change management experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering impact assessments, training, and communications.
• Certifications such as Prosci Change Management, Change Management Institute, PMP/PgMP/Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with global project management goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate change management activities into project and program plans.
• Design and execute strategic communications plans tailored to projects and audiences to promote adoption.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather input, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure effectiveness of change and communication efforts.
