Job summary

DP World Belgium is seeking a Strategic PMO to turn strategy into action across our Contract Logistics network in Europe. You will lead and coordinate strategic programs and complex projects, driving transformation, operational improvement and long‑term growth with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across several countries.

You will develop roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and govern programs to deliver measurable business impact on time.

Qualifications

Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects or transformation initiatives in complex organisations.
Ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across functions, countries and leadership levels.
Strong project management, planning, risk management and problem-solving skills to navigate complexity and drive results.
Familiarity with PM methodologies and tools such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, MS Project, Jira, Monday.com or similar approaches.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, governance and successful delivery of strategic projects and programs across Contract Logistics.
Develop and manage roadmaps, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into actionable plans.
Facilitate project governance structures, steering committees and project review meetings to support decision-making.
Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively drive solutions.
