Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Global Study Manager, Central Lab Services to join our Belgium team. You will lead global clinical studies, manage client communications, timelines, budgets, and risk, and partner with CROs and internal study teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive CRO/pharma experience, central labs background, and a track record of delivering complex studies on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in pharma/CRO with global study management experience.
• 5+ years client-facing and stakeholder management.
• 2+ years Central Labs experience.
• Master degree or PM certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Key contact for clients; liaison between Clients, CRO, and Labcorp CLS.
• Provide project management oversight focusing on budget, risk, and milestones.
• Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality in study delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Participate in CLFs and support continuous process improvement.
• Foster strong internal and external relationships to meet client expectations.
