Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead based in Belgium. The role leads enablement, coaching, and training across international programmes, with a focus on LMICs.

You will coach partner trainers to cascade learning independently while maintaining high training quality and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate across product, data, programme management, support, and communications in a distributed, mission-driven environment with up to 40% international travel.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, or facilitator.
• Demonstrable experience training teams remotely in LMICs.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes, and how customer adoption works in practice.
• Demonstrable experience managing customer or partner relationships and driving programmes toward stronger outcomes.
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to build lasting capability in others.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country software user training using digital assets.
• Deliver demonstrations and hands-on facilitation when needed beyond self-learning.
• Coach and develop trainers to enable independent delivery while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Quality assure Train-the-Trainer and cascade models through observation and feedback.
• Own software adoption outcomes by monitoring usage, engagement, and programme indicators.
• Manage multiple country programmes with capacity planning and project milestones.
