Lever, Inc. is partnering to hire a Project Manager - Strategy & Impact Business Enablement in Belgium with remote work flexibility.

The role focuses on leading strategic initiatives, governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery across the full project lifecycle. You will collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to translate complex business needs into actionable plans, manage risks, and drive organizational impact using a blend of Agile and traditional

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of overall business experience with 3–4 years leading projects or change initiatives.
• PM/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional PM methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, schedules, governance, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and solution definition.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; provide escalation options to sponsors and governance bodies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, executives, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders to align deliverables and communications.
• Prepare executive-level updates, risk assessments, options analyses, and decision materials.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery through backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
