Labcorp is seeking a remote Study Design Lead to join our Central Labs Services team in Belgium. You will design study databases, translate sponsor requirements into the protocol specific database, and draft the SOW while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires a life science degree and 6+ years in clinical research or lab environments, with strong communication skills and experience in central lab project management across global studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science.
• 6+ years in clinical research or lab environment.
• Master’s degree in life science preferred.
• Experience with central lab project management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Accurately interpret sponsor protocol requirements into the protocol specific database to generate a Statement of Work.
• Design comprehensive database solutions leveraging therapeutic area knowledge.
• Interact with external clients regularly and liaise with internal departments.
• Advise on study design choices and highlight risks and budget impacts.
• Coordinate internal processes and ensure follow up is integrated into the database and monitoring plans.
• Document customer requirements and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Participate in functional meetings and ensure processes remain up to date.
