Job summary

TVH seeks a Business Process Owner for Offer Management to lead global standardization and automated offer processing. You will own the end-to-end offer lifecycle, from customer request through validation, enrichment and orchestration, delivering a frictionless flow and exception-driven operations.

You will align process design with enterprise strategy, drive governance, and partner with IT, data, and compliance to enable scalable, self-service offer workflows across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years experience in Business Process Analysis/Ownership in a global context.
• Experience leading process design in multi-entity organizations.
• Experience with CPQ systems and omnichannel offer intake is a plus.
• Familiar with modern digital architectures and global fulfillment.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Offer Management process and roadmap.
• Collaborate with business owners to define strategy for offer models and workflows.
• Develop maturity roadmaps and automate offer processing with exception handling.
• Design future-state processes L3-L5 and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Maintain the Global Template balancing standards with local requirements.
• Conduct process impact analyses and drive change management plans.
• Establish global KPIs like Offer Cycle Time, Touchless Offer Rate, and Win Rate.
