TVH Group seeks a Global Packaging Optimization Lead to orchestrate the Packaging Center of Excellence and drive the packaging strategy across our international network, suppliers, warehouses and customers. You will balance brand identity, sustainability and governance, while aligning packaging standards globally.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, drive cost efficiencies, and translate marketing strategies into compelling packaging economics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent through extensive professional experience.
• Fluent knowledge of English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Deep understanding of cost modeling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Proven track record in cross-functional stakeholder management and change management.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead Global Packaging CoE and governance.
• Act as central decision-maker for packaging standards, quality benchmarks and material guidelines.
• Oversee deployment of packaging standards and guidelines across the organization.
• Drive improvements to reduce material consumption and environmental impact while protecting product integrity.
• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership through procurement collaboration.
• Translate branding principles into packaging requirements to ensure consistent global look.
