Job summary

TVH Group is seeking a Business Process Owner for Offer Management based in Waregem. You will own the global offer lifecycle from quote capture through validation, enrichment and final proposal, driving automation, standardization and a frictionless flow across the organization.

In this strategic role you will define maturity roadmaps, deploy future-state designs and lead change management with IT, Data and regional teams to ensure scalable, compliant processes and measurable performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business process analysis or ownership in global context.
• Experience designing and executing processes in multi-entity organizations.
• Experience with CPQ systems (Configure, Price, Quote) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own global Offer Management processes and roadmap.
• Design future-state processes (L3-L5) for quotes and orchestration.
• Lead change management and ensure global adoption of new workflows.
• Monitor KPIs like Offer Cycle Time, Touchless Offer Rate, and Win Rate.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, Compliance and regional stakeholders.
