TVH Group is seeking a Product Owner to own the People components within the TVH ecosystem. You will define the vision, strategy and roadmap for HR capabilities, aligning with business goals and outcomes.

In this role you’ll collaborate with HR stakeholders, analysts and external partners to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that drive operational excellence and support growth, while fostering an empowering team and a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven HR domain experience and product management background.
• Knowledge of HR tech and HRIS tools preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Familiarity with Workday and UKG a plus.

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for HR capabilities.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and write acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features with business value and manage releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure reliable system uptime.
