Job summary

TVH is seeking an Equipment Business Process Owner to shape and govern our Equipment Data Foundations. You will design TO-BE processes, co-facilitate workshops, and ensure stakeholder alignment across global teams.

With a master’s degree and 3+ years in project management or data management, you will drive end-to-end data onboarding, master data management, and data-driven service design while coordinating with multiple TVH departments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or leading meetings.
• Familiar with data management and business process management.
• Excellent English due to global scope.

Responsibilities

• Design and co-create the TO-BE end-to-end processes and drive documentation.
• Lead process documentation for your area and coordinate workshops.
• Act as primary liaison to TVH business stakeholders to validate design.
• Co-facilitate TO-BE process and organization design workshops; report status to Global Process Owner.
• Participate in cross-functional design meetings and align with interfacing processes.
• Support change enablement and adoption globally and locally.
• Guide development and configuration of the new data product and related processes.
