Job summary

D-ploy GmbH is hiring an experienced Project Manager – Network Services to lead IT infrastructure and network projects across an international environment. You will drive delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, extensive PM experience in network infrastructure, and fluency in English. Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 are advantageous, and a valid criminal record extract is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• Extensive IT project management experience, preferably in network infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional IT infrastructure projects internationally.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts and IT operations.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, vendors and MSPs.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance and ITSM.
• Experience in process-driven environments with governance and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced env.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• PM certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 are advantages.
• Valid criminal record extract not older than three months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate network infrastructure projects ensuring scope, timelines and quality.
• Establish governance with defined processes and ownership.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and service providers.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Ensure clear communication and reporting to stakeholders.
• Follow change management procedures and compliance standards.
