Recurv in Brussels is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure and security initiatives across Microsoft environments, AD, workplace technologies, networks and telephony.

You will translate business requirements into clear project plans, own end-to-end delivery from scope to handover, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate with international teams to modernise a complex enterprise IT landscape.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager, independently managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in project initiation, scope definition, planning and execution.
• Solid technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure, particularly Microsoft environments, Active Directory, workplace technologies, networks and servers.
• Experience with infrastructure migrations, modernisation or security-related projects.
• A pragmatic, hands-on and structured approach, with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
• Experience with VDI, encryption, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), IAM or telephony migrations.
• Background in insurance, banking or other regulated environments.
• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification.

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to take the lead on business-critical infrastructure and security initiatives within a leading international insurance organisation.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in modernising and strengthening a complex enterprise IT environment, with projects spanning Microsoft infrastructure, digital workplace, network, security and telephony. You'll work closely with technical experts, business stakeholders and international teams.

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, turning technical challenges into well-defined projects and driving initiatives forward. You'll have the autonomy to shape project approaches, challenge assumptions and make a tangible impact on how critical IT infrastructure projects are delivered.
