Circulatory Restorations is seeking a Market Access Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead international access strategies and align cross-functional teams. You will drive pricing, contracting, and reimbursement models while overseeing HTA submissions and value dossiers.

The role requires extensive HEOR experience, multi-market engagement with payers and providers, and a demonstrated ability to translate insights into robust expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in market access / reimbursement / HEOR, medical devices and cardiovascular sector preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading reimbursement/HTA submissions across multiple markets with accountability for strategy and timelines.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams and align stakeholders around access priorities.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in payer, procurement, and hospital engagements with value narratives.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute market access strategy across International markets in line with global objectives.
• Shape pricing strategies, contracting approaches, and reimbursement models.
• Oversee HTA submissions, value dossiers, and HEOR evidence generation for priority markets.
• Identify new market entry opportunities and translate access insights into expansion plans.
• Develop tools for market access and monitor reimbursement trends to drive improvements.
• Engage payers, policy makers, and healthcare providers to progress access objectives.
