EVERSANA is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex analytics in global Market Access & Pricing. You will translate evidence into client-ready recommendations and guide delivery across Europe, APAC, and LATAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Pharma Market Access or management consulting.
• Proven experience leading pharma-focused projects with structure and judgment.
• Fluency in English and German, written and spoken.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tooling.

Responsabilités

• As Senior Consultant, lead complex analytical workstreams and structure project questions.
• Translate evidence into clear client-ready recommendations and storylines.
• Guide project delivery and coach Associate Consultants and Consultants.
• Contribute to client discussions and project direction with analytical insights.
• Build expertise in global Market Access & Pricing and support proposals.
