UCB is seeking a Health Economics & Outcomes Research Strategy Lead to shape global HEOR and payer evidence strategies across the product lifecycle. Based in Brussels with options for Slough or Monheim, you will influence development programs and reimbursement decisions by delivering value dossiers and economic models.

You will partner with Market Access, Real World Evidence, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and affiliate teams to ensure evidence plans meet evolving EU HTA needs and payer

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in HEOR, Market Access or public health.
• 8+ years pharma industry experience, including consultancy.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine global HEOR and payer evidence strategies.
• Design HEOR studies: cost-effectiveness, budget impact, RWE.
• Influence development programs to meet HTA needs.
• Communicate economic value stories to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across global teams and affiliates.
