Grünenthal Group in Brussels seeks a Global HEOR Lead to shape and execute high‑quality Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies that drive reimbursement and patient access across affiliates and markets.

You will partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams and R&D to embed payer‑relevant endpoints, develop economic models, and lead HTA submissions, while building external relationships and strengthening HEOR capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master’s level or above) in economics, pharmaceuticals, public health or related discipline
• Approximately 8–12 years of HEOR and Real-World Evidence experience
• Proven track record in developing and publishing economic models and real-world evidence for market access
• Experience leading early payer engagement and successful HTA submissions with meaningful value recognition
• Experience managing complex projects within a cross-functional matrix environment
• Experience within specialty medicine
• Strategic and analytical mindset aligning local and global priorities
• Proactive and innovative approach to evidence generation, economic modelling, pricing and market access
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, communication and presentation skills

Responsabilités

• Shape and execute high‑quality HEOR strategies and projects to drive reimbursement and access
• Develop integrated evidence strategies including Real-World Evidence and modelling
• Embed payer-relevant endpoints and patient-reported outcomes into development programmes
• Co-lead evidence-generation projects and communicate results through publications and presentations
• Lead early payer engagement and HTA submissions (AMNOG, NICE, JCA)
• Develop economic models, value materials and tools for launch preparation and negotiations
• Integrate country requirements into global strategies for affiliate-level commercialization
• Build strong relationships with external HEOR experts, clinicians and policymakers
