UCB S.A. seeks an Access & Pricing Strategy Team Lead - Neurology to shape payer, access, and pricing strategies across the asset lifecycle. You will lead a dedicated team and partner with Asset Payer Heads, HEOR, and regional teams in a global matrix environment.

You will drive evidence generation priorities, pricing plans, and governance-ready deliverables, ensuring payer perspectives are integrated early in development and commercialization.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, pharmacy, business, or related field.
• Significant experience in payer strategy, market access, pricing, or related pharma functions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives within global matrix organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Access & Pricing Strategy Leads with coaching and guidance.
• Develop global payer access and pricing strategy in partnership with Asset Heads.
• Lead payer strategy planning, evidence priorities, and pricing strategy development.
• Define global access and pricing strategies for assigned indications across the asset lifecycle.
• Shape options, risk assessments, and governance-aligned investment discussions.
• Ensure alignment between Patient Evidence and Patient Impact teams.
• Bring payer insights into key leadership forums and decision-making bodies.
• Collaborate across HEOR, RWE, policy, pricing, and regional access functions.
• Champions analytics and AI-enabled insights to strengthen payer planning.
