Revolution Medicines BeLux seeks a Market Access Director to lead the BeLux strategy for timely patient access to oncology therapies. You will shape pricing, reimbursement and value communications, aligning with regulatory and commercial teams to support launches and ongoing access across BeLux.

The role requires deep BeLux HTA knowledge, strong payer negotiations and a proven cross-functional leader. Travel nationally and internationally as needed to drive access execution and payer engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in market access, pricing, reimbursement or health economics in pharma/biotech (BeLux)
• Proven experience shaping value dossiers and communicating with payers
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsabilités

• Lead market access & reimbursement strategies for RevMed BeLux portfolio and launches
• Oversee HTA filings, value dossiers and pricing negotiations with statutory payers
• Translate clinical/economic evidence into compelling BeLux payer communications
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, HTA authorities and policy influencers
• Coordinate with regional/global teams to align BeLux access strategy with European objectives
• Lead negotiations with national payers and develop innovative pricing contracts
