Stryker is seeking a strategic Market Access leader to own the EMEA Access portfolio (catheters and guidewires) and shape the roadmap across the region. You’ll set strategy, drive launches, and partner with local teams to grow market share while aligning with clinical needs and physician partners.

In this role you’ll lead branding, pricing, and messaging, build a 3–5 year portfolio plan, and turn strategy into field-ready execution with tools and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in medical device or marketing is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own EMEA Access strategy: where we play, how we win and the investment behind it.
• Understand clinical/technical needs of physicians and shape strategy and portfolio.
• Build annual marketing plan and 3–5 year portfolio roadmap.
• Own regional product management and lifecycle from launch to phase-out.
• Lead branding, messaging, positioning and pricing with market insights.
• Lead the launch pipeline and ensure successful market launches.
